1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or using our platform, you accept these terms and any updates. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services Overview

We provide:

• Virtual fiscal officer and outsourced fiscal leadership services (Services).
• Digital materials, courses, and templates (Information Products).
• Physical goods and branded merchandise (Goods).

3. Registration and Account Security

You must provide accurate information and maintain your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Fees and Payments

All fees for Services, Information Products, and Goods are due in full prior to delivery. Payments may be made via credit or debit card, wire transfer, or other methods we support. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction. The following conditions apply:

5.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation. You may request to reschedule a service at least 3 days before the start date. Sessions and ongoing engagements are not refundable once more than 50% of the scheduled time has been delivered.

5.2 Information Products

All digital materials are available for immediate download or access. Once access has been granted or the product downloaded, these items are non-refundable. If you experience technical issues, contact us for support at contact form.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5.4 Non-Refundable Fees

Certain one-time setup fees or add-on packages are non-refundable once purchased due to the immediate allocation of resources. We will clearly indicate such fees during checkout.

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services, Information Products, or Goods at any time. Changes will not affect commitments already confirmed unless mutually agreed.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Geneva.
